• Two prenatal visits where we will review your birth plan, get acquainted with one another, discuss different comfort measures, and plan your ideal birthing experience

• On call 24/7 once you hit 37 weeks

• Provide continuous emotional, informational, and physical support during your entire labor journey.

• Advocate for what you want and ensure you understand everything the medical staff tells you

• Stay for two to three hours after the birth to help you connect with your newborn

• Assist in the latching on process if you wish to breastfeed

• One postpartum visit when YOU are ready. We will review your birthing experience, how you are doing now, and if you would like connected to any resources (IBCLC, Postpartum Doula, postpartum counseling, etc.)
