Hi, I'm glad you found me! My name is Maggie Baker and I am a Birth Doula located in Golden, Colorado. I serve the greater Denver area from Boulder to Lakewood to Metro Denver. I offer support for all birth journeys, whether your goal is to have an unmedicated natural homebirth, a planned cesarean, or something in between.

On the Doulas Of North America (DONA) International website, a Birth Doula is defined as,

“A trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to their client before, during, and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.”

As your doula, I will provide unwavering support and guidance throughout the birthing process and empower you to navigate each stage with confidence and reassurance. Whether providing physical comfort measures, emotional encouragement, or advocating for your wishes within the healthcare system, I will serve as a steadfast ally committed to helping you achieve a positive and memorable birthing journey.

I acknowledge that you will always carry your birth experience with you, so it is important that you make the decisions that are right for you, your body, and your baby. For each question you are asked and each decision you must make, I will ensure you have the necessary information to make fully-informed decisions and give consent. Once you make a decision, I will have your back no matter what.
